- Return Shipping and Insurance Costs will be added to all invoices.
- All Return Shipping is through UPS unless prior arrangements are made.
- We must have a physical address, not a P.O. box for returns.
Contact Us Before you Ship your Bow

We require you to contact us prior to shipping us your bow. This is due to the ever increasing number of bows we receive for servicing. We will issue you a shipping number to be placed on the outside of your package.
We will also require a $25.00 non-refundable deposit at this time so we can properly schedule all bows coming into Bowxperts for servicing. This will greatly reduce the turnaround time and you will not be without your bow any longer than absolutely necessary. (This is not an additional charge…it will be applied to your invoice. It is simply for confirming and scheduling purposes.)
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Prepare your Bow for Shipping
When preparing your bow for shipping, we suggest placing your bow in an airline approved hardcase. If you then place the bowcase in a cardboard box, it will reduce shipping cost if shipped through UPS.
If you do not use a hardcase, place your bow in a cardboard box with adequate packing material to protect your bow from damage. We will return your bow in the same package you provided when shipped to us.
You may ship your bow to us by UPS, Fedex or US mail, whichever is most convenient for you. Be sure you are provided a tracking number! We will ship your bow back by UPS unless prior arrangements are made.
